TERMS &CONDITIONS
These terms govern how GrowYourWebs provides freelance web development and design services. By hiring or working with us, you agree to them.
// 01SERVICES
Work is carried out as agreed in the proposal, email or contract. Any request outside the agreed scope may require extra fees and time.
// 02TIMELINES
Timelines are agreed before work starts. Delays caused by missing information, late feedback or changes from the client may extend delivery dates.
// 03PAYMENTS
Payment terms are agreed before the project begins. Typically 30–50% is due upfront with the remainder on completion. Work may be paused if payments are not made on time.
// 04REVISIONS
Projects include a limited number of revisions — usually 2–3 rounds, depending on the agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
// 05CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide the necessary information, content and feedback in good time, and you are responsible for securing the rights to any materials — text, images, logos — that you supply.
// 06INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Final deliverables belong to you once full payment is made. GrowYourWebs may showcase completed work in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
// 07CONFIDENTIALITY
Any sensitive information you share is treated as confidential.
// 08LIABILITY
Every effort is made to deliver bug-free, functional code. GrowYourWebs is not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or improper use after handover.
// 09TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. On termination, you pay for the work completed up to that point.
// 10EXTENSIONS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
These terms cover client work. Our own Chrome extensions are covered by their privacy policies, and the AI Extensions Pro subscription by the Refund & Cancellation Policy at growyourwebs.com/refund-policy.
// 11GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the applicable laws in India.
