AI Automation & Chatbot Development Services
Reduce repeated work with a workflow your team can trust. Connect lead forms to your CRM, automate routine follow-up, or build an assistant that answers from your approved business content.
Start with one useful workflow
A narrow process is easier to evaluate than an assistant expected to do everything. Bring a real example: a website enquiry that needs CRM entry, a repeated support question or a document your team manually copies into another tool.
Define what AI is allowed to do
Agree approved knowledge sources, who can access them and which actions require human approval. Assistants should be able to say they do not know and pass the conversation to a person. High-impact actions should not rely on an unchecked generated answer.
Separate rules from generated answers
Many tasks need reliable triggers and data mapping rather than a language model. We use rule-based steps where appropriate and add AI for the parts that benefit from interpreting or drafting text. Outputs still need testing against representative cases.
Budget for operation as well as setup
The proposal separates implementation from model/API usage, workflow hosting, connected software and support. Data retention, logging and provider settings are agreed for the workflow. Ongoing evaluation and monitoring need a defined owner.
Questions before you start
Can the chatbot answer from our own documents?
Yes, subject to reviewing the formats, access permissions and content quality. We scope how approved sources are indexed, updated and referenced, and what happens when an answer is not supported.
Can you connect automation to our existing CRM?
Compatibility depends on the CRM’s APIs, webhooks, permissions and subscription. Share its name, documentation and the workflow you want to automate so we can confirm a feasible scope.
Will the AI always give the correct answer?
No. Generated answers can be wrong. We agree evaluation examples, knowledge boundaries, human handoff and approval steps, then monitor the workflow after launch.
Are AI usage and workflow-tool fees included?
Implementation is quoted separately from ongoing model/API usage, hosting and third-party subscriptions unless expressly included. Expected usage and spending controls are part of the scoping discussion.
